Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the UK only.
If you’re outside of the UK and interested in our meads, please contact us directly — we may be able to help.

Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

• You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

 

Delivery Times

Estimated Delivery Time:

Standard (Royal Mail / Courier) - 2–5 business days

Delivery times may vary during busy periods or due to courier delays.

• Free Shipping is offered on all products

 

Age Verification

As mead is an alcoholic beverage, you must be 18 or over to place an order.
Courier services may request age verification upon delivery.

 

Shipping Restrictions

• We cannot ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

• We do not ship on weekends or bank holidays.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost or arrives damaged:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

• Please include your order number and a photo (if applicable)

• We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly
