This website is operated by Bumbledore Ltd, a small-batch mead producer based in Sedbergh, Cumbria. We are a UK-registered company with a focus on quality, locally made products.

You must be 18 years or older to purchase alcohol from this website. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this legal requirement. We may request age verification before dispatching any order.

3. Orders and Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP.

  • We are not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged.

  • Orders are processed once full payment has been received.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.

 

4. Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 working days.

  • Delivery is available within the UK only.

  • Someone aged 18 or over must be available to accept the delivery.

 

5. Returns and Refunds

  • If your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Due to the nature of our product, returns are not accepted unless the item is faulty.

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7 working days once the issue is confirmed.

 

6. Product Information

  • Our mead is handcrafted in small batches, so variations in flavour and appearance may occur.

  • We strive to keep product descriptions accurate, but minor differences may arise between batches.
