At Bumbledore Ltd., we take pride in crafting high-quality, small-batch meads with care and attention. Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our product (alcoholic beverage), we can only offer refunds or replacements under the following circumstances:

1. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Email us at sedberghmead@outlook.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

  • We will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund.

 

2. Incorrect Order

If you receive the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery.

  • We will arrange for the correct item to be sent out, or issue a refund if the original item is unavailable.

 

3. Change of Mind

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind, due to food safety and hygiene regulations.

 

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order:

  • Please do so within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us directly.

  • Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

 

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Opened bottles

  • Gift cards or promotional bundles

  • Products bought from third-party retailers
