Who are we?
We are Russ and Sarah, a couple based in Sedbergh.
Russ has been in the military for over 20-years and Sarah runs a chemical business and is in the Army reserves.
Our journey into mead-making started from a mix of beekeeping, Sarah's 'potion' making background and a love for all things British and local. From there, our interest grew into traditional methods of fermentaion and flavour crafting.
Combining our different backgrounds and shared interests, we’ve started producing small-batch mead with a focus on quality, simplicity, and a connection to British heritage.

All of our mead is from British honey and is fermented by us. Hand bottled and hand labelled. For a true local business.
This isn't your mass produced, 'quick buck' product, this is Craft. This is attention to detail, taking our time, using the most quality of products to produce something different that you can be proud to buy.
